The Thule Shield 23L backpack transitions seamlessly from a bike-mounted pannier to a comfortable backpack, offering IPX4 waterproof protection. The hardware-free design ensures comfort during off-bike use, whether carried as a backpack or by the handle. A padded compartment protects a laptop, while an easy-access, water-resistant exterior pocket keeps essentials dry and organized.

Designed for the Thule InLock system (universal panel required for use), this bag allows for attachment or removal in seconds. The bag slides onto the mounting frame and clicks into place for a rattle-free ride. Releasing the bag is equally simple by pulling the strap tab. This system works with standard bike racks or integrates perfectly with the Thule Tour rack.
