Description
A wide field of view and contrast-, color-, and terrain-enhancing clarity come from the Smith Survey’s integrated ChromaPop™ visor, which simplifies goggle wear and fits over glasses (OTG). An optional integrated, light-sensitive Photochromic visor adapts to changing light conditions while offering a wide field of view. Built for all-mountain skiing and snowboarding, this lightweight helmet combines Mips® and Zonal Koroyd® safety innovations. Its in-mold construction fuses the outer shell and EPS foam into a lightweight, durable, one-piece design. Zonal KOROYD® coverage provides lightweight, energy-absorbing, ventilated impact protection; the Mips® Brain Protection System reduces rotational forces from angled impacts to the head. For comfort, the helmet has a lining and removable Snapfit SL2 ear pads that add warmth and accept audio chips. It is also compatible with the Aleck® audio system. Airflow is regulated through 14 vents, with Regulator climate control allowing easy, one-handed vent adjustment. A fit dial makes fine-tuning the size easy on the go. Certifications include ASTM F 2040, CE EN 1077:2007 CLASS B, CPSC, and CE EN1078.
