A 2 3/4-inch barrel and a -8 length-to-weight ratio define the 2022 Louisville Slugger Solo (-8) USSSA baseball bat. Approved for USSSA leagues and tournaments, it carries the USSSA 1.15 BPF NTS certification stamp and a full twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty. Contact hitters and travel baseball players moving from (-10) to (-5) get an easy-swinging profile with an ultra-balanced swing weight, increased swing speed and excellent pop at contact. Built for speed and precise barrel control, the premium, ultralight SL Hyper ™ alloy uses a thinner barrel wall to maximize pop. Its one-piece construction delivers a stiff feel at contact and maximum speed through the zone. Weight is also reduced by the lightweight SPD™ composite end cap, helping increase swing speed. Together, that cap and the thinner barrel wall give young players a very large sweet spot and maximum plate coverage. Premium LS Pro Comfort Grip ™ brings grip and cushioning to the handle.
