Every splitboarder knows that the best turns aren't usually found within the resort boundaries. The K2 Far Out splitboard binding is designed to help you access your favorite backcountry terrain and minimize the time spent switching between split and downhill modes.
The Far Out's medium-to-stiff flex aluminum frame is strong and CNC-machined with maximum cutouts to keep weight to an absolute minimum. The arch is made of strong and durable Lexan and easily switches from Tour to Downhill mode with the push of a lever for added comfort on the slopes. In split mode, the bindings can be locked in seconds for tricky descents by sliding the heel lock into place and quickly released when it's time to keep climbing.
The Sender™ 3D ankle strap is pad-free yet highly comfortable and reduces energy-sapping ounces so you can go further on the mountain. The PerfectFit™ 2.0 toe strap articulates to fit any snowboard boot shape for maximum response and feel, and both straps feature CamLock™ for tool-free adjustment.
