Brit Patch Big Toe Hole Preventer is a reinforced self-adhesive patch and applicator system that prevents your big toe from wearing a hole in your trainers, running shoes, or fabric footwear. Use in new shoes to prevent holes, or apply as soon as a hole first becomes visible. The thin patches are unnoticeable after fitting and can be applied without mess, without removing shoelaces, using an applicator that guides correct placement.
