Description

At the summit, one movement turns the Radical into a stable, direct downhill boot: activate the Ski/Walk lever and the patented, innovative Hoji Single Lock system locks in an 11° forward lean. Cuff and shell become a firm, precise unit without play, a concept unique on the market that delivers the confidence and efficiency expected from alpine ski boots on every run. A securely held, enveloped foot and a flex of 110 support confident descents even on steep terrain. Unlike the Radical Pro, the Radical's Ski/Walk mechanism operates independently of the precision buckles and tightening strap, so these must be fastened separately for the descent. Inspired by the Radical Pro, this highly versatile men's ski touring boot performs equally well uphill and downhill, combining freedom of movement on the ascent with rigidity on the descent. Walk mode separates the cuff from the shell to ease climbing, with 60° of upper movement for complete mobility and comfort. At just 1520g in size 26.5, its low weight and flexible tongue made from two high-tech plastics encourage a natural, efficient stride even on steep ground. The new liner, with a heat-moldable option, provides the best possible blend of precision, stability and comfort from the first fitting, allowing longer distances and greater elevation gain. Entirely manufactured in Italy from high-quality polyurethane, the new Radical works with all hybrid, frame and pin bindings. Radical means no more compromises.
