Description
AER-TEC thermoregulation and ventilation work with Nest Tech and airflow channels to maximize air circulation and optimize sweat evaporation, keeping the head cool and comfortable. The improved I.Q. Shion Dri system helps move sweat away from the forehead. New to the Pointes collection, the CCM HT720 SR TACKS 720 helmet is for the Senior age group, with a lightweight, breathable design that offers high-level protection for the head and hair. Elite-level protection comes from 3D-printed Nest Tech in key areas, speed-sensitive D3O® smart material and quality multi-density foams that help distribute impact energy. An active stabilizer and tool-free adjustment system, together with a self-adjusting occipital support and easy front-to-back lateral adjustment, provide a personalized fit that stays in place. No hockey helmet can prevent or eliminate the risk of head injury, including concussion. Scientists indicate that brain injuries and concussions are primarily caused by linear and rotational acceleration of the brain, although scientific consensus on this issue has not yet been reached. CCCM’s industry-leading team of engineers, product managers and designers focuses on developing safe helmets.
