Description

A curved Sidewinder Zipper wraps the collar in front of your chin to prevent chafing, while a contemporary, relaxed fit updates this breathable, windproof and waterproof freeride shell. The helmet-compatible StormHood™ and brim improve vision in blustery conditions; a hem cinching system provides adjustment, and a RECCO® reflector aids emergency search and rescue. GORE-TEX fabric with a recycled nylon face is mapped with 3L GORE-TEX ePE in the body and hood and 100d ripstop face fabric in the yolk and sleeves, each free from intentionally added PFAS. Listed sustainability attributes include recycled content, FC0 DWR and Bluesign Approved Material. Updated and re-released for its 25th anniversary, the Sidewinder recalls the original shell that proved GORE-TEX could handle burly freeride lines as well as uptracks. New materials and its iconic asymmetrical character bring that long history of freeride innovation into this anniversary remake.
