BETA JACKET M
Our most versatile GORE-TEX shell. Its durable 80D outer fabric and lightweight, robust, and PFC-free GORE-TEX ePE (expanded polyethylene) membrane provide lasting waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection while reducing its carbon footprint. The C-KNIT lining provides added comfort, and the streamlined StormHood adjusts with a quick adjustment to protect without compromising vision. The articulated fit moves with you, and the integrated RECCO reflector can aid in search operations.
This product is free of deliberately added PFAS.
The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, yet just as strong and durable as the materials we previously used. You may notice the outer fabric soaks in slightly more quickly in products with ePE membranes, but rest assured that this does not affect the waterproofing of the membrane itself. If you notice the material soaking through faster than you'd like, simply wash the jacket and dry it to remove oil contamination and bring the water-repellent finish back to full strength.
