Built for every road, the Agilis™ Mips® pairs a sleek silhouette and airy design with Mips technology. Fit comes from the adjustable Roc Loc® 5 Mips system, which handles both fit and positioning adjustments and integrates with Mips for an added measure of protection in an angled impact. Considered the industry benchmark for comfort, stability, adjustability, and weight savings, Roc Loc® 5 lets you custom‐tune fit tension and fore‐aft tilt with one hand in seconds, and it weighs less than comparable systems. Giro designs all its helmets to reduce as much energy as possible while meeting and exceeding stringent safety standards. With Integrated Mips, the aim is to reduce rotational forces, and Giro believes this technology can reduce the rotational force that may be transferred to the rider's brain in certain impacts. The shell is a two‐piece build: a tough outer hard shell plus a polycarbonate lower shell permanently fused to the liner, adding durability without excess weight. The Hardbody outer shell, molded from tough polycarbonate, wraps to the inside of the helmet and is permanently fused to the EPS foam liner using the In‐Mold process, boosting durability and ventilation without extra bulk. Keeping you cool is Giro's proprietary Wind Tunnel™ ventilation, where active shell vents work with internal exhaust channels to push fresh, cool air over and around your head while forcing heat and stale air out.
