T3 WOMEN'S SKI SUPERLIGHT
Lorpen's lightest and thinnest sock using their T3 construction. The combination of Merino Wool and PrimaLoft® Yarn results in faster drying and wicking than just Merino Wool while still maintaining a comfortable feel against the skin. Best suited for cold weather activities where moisture is an issue. Primaloft® Yarn is made up of ultra-fine polyester fibers which are finer than cashmere, resulting in a luxuriously soft feel while providing unparalleled moisture wicking. When hiking, climbing or doing any aerobic activity, your body works up a sweat and emits heat and perspiration, but when you suddenly sit idle, you can easily start to freeze with an insulation that absorbs water. Primaloft®fibers wick moisture away from the skin and trap body heat. Perfect for skiers who need a thin and lightweight sock that still keeps their feet warm and dry.

- Due to the long length and short diameter of the fiber, Merino sheep's wool creates a softer yarn with a finer loop that is softer to the touch than wool from other species of sheep. The fiber's core is hydrophilic (water retaining) and breathable. Since it retains heat even when damp, it is the fiber used in the middle layer of our T3 socks and the main fiber in our T2 socks for use in colder temperatures.

- Polyester yarn developed by Primaloft® (world number one in artificial thermal insulation in technical garments). It is a soft, thermally insulating, hydrophobic fibre that expels and does not absorb moisture, with 70% of the content now made from recycled resources such as plastic bottles.
